🌿 Adventures & Exploration

  • Sunrise hike from Pico do Areeiro to Pico Ruivo.
  • Guided hikes to secret coastal beaches.
  • Visits to local highlights such as Funchal Markets and scenic viewpoints.
  • Cliff adventures and boat tours (optional).
  • Madeira Toboggan Ride on Traditional Wicker Basket Sledges (optional).

🧠 Educational Workshops on Health, Nutrition & Psychology:

Eliza Luca, a trainer and fitness expert, will challenge us to push the limits of our bodies while respecting everyone’s individual capabilities and needs. Throughout the retreat, scientific and practical group sessions will be led by Dr. Oana Enache (Medical Expert) & Gina Enache (Psychologist).

Topics include:

  • Intermittent fasting: myths vs. benefits.
  • Supplement truth-checking.
  • Hormones and metabolism.
  • Gut–brain connection and mental well-being.
  • Motivation science (dopamine dynamics).
  • Building routines that stick.
  • Staying motivated sustainably.

Experience guided meditations outdoors — on the beach, in nature, or at sunset — to anchor your learnings and cultivate presence.

Base price: €1800
Includes:

  • Ocean-view shared accommodation (5 people/house).
  • Two nutritious meals per day + snacks, water, coffee & tea.
  • Two daily workouts and all guided hikes.
  • Excursions and one traditional group dinner.
  • Educational sessions with Oana & Gina.
  • Transportation from/to the airport.
  • Shared vehicles for all activities.

Not included:

  • Flights.
  • Extra excursions (gardens, palaces, wicker toboggan ride).
  • Second group dinner.
  • Individual coaching sessions.

  • €450 non-refundable deposit
  • Then 3 monthly payments of €450 each

  • Book by April 30 — €2000
  • Book by May 20 — €2200

Community Discount – 10%
Valid for individuals who have participated in previous OmniBloom retreats.
The discount applies to registrations made by March 1, 2026.

Final price: 1,620 euros 

Payment in installments: 

  • Deposit: 420 euros (non-refundable) 
  • 3 monthly installments: 400 euros each, due on March 1, April 1, and May 1.

Gina Enache

Psychotherapist specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR techniques with extensive experience in individual and couples therapy

Oana Enache

Experienced clinical researcher with over 25 years of expertise in managing clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiology, rheumatology, and neurology.
