I’m based in the beautiful city of Milan, Italy.

I began my yoga journey in 2016, and in 2021, I completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program from YogaRenew, which deepened my understanding and practice of yoga.

My expertise lies in vinyasa and hatha yoga, although I enjoy incorporating elements of workout exercises into my classes for a well-rounded experience.

My Path to Yoga

My journey into yoga teaching stemmed from the requests of friends and family to share my knowledge and practice with them. What began as a personal practice soon evolved into a passion for guiding others on their yoga journey.

Yoga has been a transformative journey for me, providing a grounding anchor in the midst of life’s challenges. It’s not just a physical practice but a profound way to connect with myself and find peace amidst the chaos.

Why is yoga beneficial?

Yoga offers a multitude of benefits for both the body and mind, including physical health, stress reduction, mindfulness, emotional balance, improved posture, enhanced sleep quality, increased energy levels, and overall well-being.

Motivation to Join OmniBloom Retreat

While I haven’t worked on retreats before, I believe retreats offer a unique space for individuals to immerse themselves fully in the practice of yoga and cultivate healthy habits. I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to this transformative experience.

During the retreat, I’ll lead group classes that blend vinyasa and hatha yoga, catering to all levels with modifications as needed. I’ll monitor each student’s progress and provide personalized guidance to help them reach their goals.

I’m looking forward to gaining more experience in teaching yoga, especially to larger groups, and to connect with fellow teachers and students in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What Retreat Attendees Gain from My Guidance

Attendees can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yoga fundamentals, increased confidence in their practice, and inspiration to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. Progress will be measured not just in physical flexibility but also in mental clarity and overall well-being.

I believe in providing a safe and inclusive space for students to explore and deepen their practice. My classes focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and alignment, empowering students to connect with their bodies and minds on a deeper level.

Top Three Strategies that Someone Can Use to Improve their Quality of Life

Consistent movement, healthy nutrition, and mindfulness practices are essential for enhancing overall well-being and quality of life.

My general advice for my yogis is to approach yoga with patience and self-compassion. It’s okay to take things slow and honor your body’s needs. With consistent practice and gentle persistence, you’ll gradually find more ease and relaxation in your practice.

An interesting fact about me is that I hold a boat driving license and enjoy cruising the waters whenever I get the chance.
